Children’s Services: Referrals from social workers for Young People aging out of care, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC), Young People facing family breakdown, bereavement, or at risk of exploitation.

Housing Departments: Referrals for young people at risk of homelessness or in need of emergency placements.

Referrals for young people involved in the criminal justice system who need stable housing and support for rehabilitation.

CAMHS: Support for young people requiring supported accommodation due to mental health challenges.

Adult Mental Health Services: Referrals for young adults needing ongoing mental health support in a stable environment.

Support for Young People in education, returning to education, or at risk of disengaging from education.

Support from organizations that work with vulnerable youth including Barnardo’s, The Prince’s Trust, YMCA, Catch22, Centrepoint, Refugee Council, and others.

Support for Young People requiring homelessness prevention and support services, including Local Authority Housing, Shelter, Crisis, Depaul UK, and St Mungo’s.

Support from services assisting young people struggling with addiction, such as Rising Sun, Addaction, Turning Point, and Phoenix Futures.

Support from organizations like Barnado’s, Independent Child Trafficking Guardian (ICTG), National Referral Mechanism (NRM), Refugee Council, British Red Cross, and Migrant Help.

Support for young people escaping abusive environments and needing safe accommodation like Women’s Aid, Refuge, and Safe Lives.

Support for young people transitioning to employment or further education like Jobcentre Plus, National Careers Service, and local employability programs.

Support for young people wanting to exercise and practice their faith, including churches, mosques, temples, and community centers that work with at-risk youth.

Support for young people leaving the criminal justice system who need supported accommodation to help them reintegrate.

Support from organizations like Mind, Young Minds, The Samaritans, and Rising Sun, which work with young people who would benefit from PILLAR’s supportive environment.
